Toxicology consultations are now available at any
time for Northern California physicians. Page the on-call Toxicologist to discuss any Toxicology-related case with a physician Toxicologist. Call your hospital operator and ask to page Medical Toxicology. Virtual on-line consultations are available at any facility with in-patient HealthConnect capabilities. In selected cases, bedside consultation may be requested at the South Sacramento, Sacramento, or San Jose Facilities.
Clinic Consultation
We are also accepting referrals for non-urgent, clinic Toxicology
patients. Please contact the on-call Toxicologist to arrange
a clinic consultation. We will be on e-consult soon

The Kaiser Permanente Clinical Toxicology
Service is established by board-certified medical toxicologists. The
missions are to:
Provide competent, innovative, and highly efficient toxicological
care for the community that Kaiser Permanente serves.
Provide seamless access to toxicological consultation for
Kaiser physicians acting as the model for a regional consultation
service.
Augment better understanding of the principles and practice
of medical toxicology for Kaiser physicians and patients
through education and research.
